Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. A full refund will be issued, excluding return shipping costs.

For damaged orders, please email info@L2Prints.com immediately with your order number and a photo. We handle these situations individually and will strive for a satisfactory resolution.

Cancelled orders and other returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover transaction processing costs.
