Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to make a return, here's what you need to know:

• Returns: You have 5 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition. We will issue a refund for the item's cost, minus the original shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@L2Prints.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll work with you to find a solution.

• Cancellations: If you cancel an order before it ships, there is a 9% fee to cover the credit card transaction fee.

• Used items are not returnable.
